Required Skills:
Valid and current medical license in Texas
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Proven experience in general medicine practice
Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in urgent care or outpatient settings
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
Prior locum or temporary physician work experience
Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
At least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience
Experience working with a variety of age groups and complex cases
Other Requirements:
Must be eligible for temporary or locum licensing in Texas
Willingness to travel within Houston and surrounding areas as needed
Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and continuing education
No outpatient treatment or prescribing responsibilities involved
