Description: Summary: St. Anthony North's Gastroenterology team is looking for locums support. They need help with GI call coverage for acute/inpatient needs at a level 3 trauma center. Candidates must be able to perform ERCP to be considered.

Malpractice
– Must be included in rates.
Orientation
– 275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours”
Hourly – 550 - “Per hour not OT”
Holiday – 825 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. “Per holiday hour no OT”
Nightly Call
– 585 - “Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis”

EMR Required Training:Module learn lessons – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation:What are the # of years of epic experience they have?When was the last time MM/YYYY that they used Epic?What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please add photo into documents.
