VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Emergency Medicine.

Description: Summary: We are need of 24 hr ED provider coverage. This will be ongoing coverage and can have no gaps. Current schedule is two providers per 24 hrs working 12 hr shifts. Coverage is supplemented with employed APPs that work 10am to 10 pm .
Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice – Must be included in rates.
Orientation – half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours”
Hourly – 360 - “Per 12hr shiftHoliday – Must be 1.5x the regular rates “Per holiday hour no OT”

1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: ACLS; BLS; ATLS; Board Certified; DEA
