VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Emergency Medicine.

Description: Summary: CHI St. Joseph's Health is looking for Physician Emergency Medicine Coverage!
Rate CAPS for submission:
Malpractice
– Must be included in rates.
Orientation
– 150 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours”
Hourly – 300 - “Per hour not OT”
Holiday – 450 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. “Per holiday hour no OT”
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
8-10 Shifts per Month 12-hour Shifts
Starting in December and ongoing
Facility Location: 600 Pleasant Park Rapids
Setting: Inpatient
Duties: Standard duties for Emergency Medicine
Days per month:
Required Procedures: None
EMR: Meditech
Support Staff: 2 RNs and a CNA
Reason for Coverage: 1 retirement and 1 physician moved to the hospital’s primary care clinic
Dealbreakers: None
Travel Preferences:
Preferred Lodging: C'Mon Inn - Park Rapids MN. 56470
Air Travel: Local Preferred will consider all travel
