Description: Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practioners for Coverage Needs at Rose Medical Center in Denver CO Level II and III NICU Coverage24 Hour Inhouse NICU Shift Or 12-hour shift NBN/Delivery Role: 7a-7p attends all high-risk deliveries rounds well-newborns assists in Level III NICU as needed. Provides downtime coverage to 24-hour NNP in Level III NICU for 2-4 hours in the afternoon.Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS
Orientation Hours – 50 of standard rate.OT over 40 hours/week Extra-Time standard rate.Holidays 1.25xConversion rates 14K NP/PA: max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked see Rules of Engagement for breakdownPresentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers: Tier 1 best – below or at 165Tier 2 - 165-175/hourTier 3 - 176-185/hour185 will not be accepted
