Required Skills:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky
Proven experience in General Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related fields
Ability to perform interview-based assessments and physical evaluations, including range of motion and muscle strength testing
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a clinical setting at your own office location within a 50-mile radius of Paducah, KY
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with Compensation & Pension exams or military-related assessments
Certification in medical assessment or related specialized training
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and reporting
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or related healthcare field
Minimum of 2 years clinical practice or assessment experience, preferably with veterans or military populations
Experience in conducting non-treatment exams or assessments for government agencies
Other Requirements:
Own a private office location to perform exams (local candidates only)
Willingness to work on a PRN basis, with flexibility for 4-hour half-day or full-day shifts
Ability to complete exams, submit detailed reports, and perform administrative follow-up
No prescribing or treatment responsibilities required
Certification in relevant healthcare standards and compliance with state-federal regulations
Rate: $402.00 per hour.
