Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Opportunity in Novi, MI

Required Skills
Current and valid RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan or eligible for licensure
Proven experience in anesthesia administration, including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
Ability to float between multiple locations with short notice, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism
Strong knowledge of arterial line placements and regional anesthesia techniques
Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
Clean background with no license actions or restrictions
Nice to Have Skills
Experience working within supervised CRNA models (4:1 ratio)
Familiarity with rapid case turnover in neuro and outpatient settings
Prior experience with shift flexibility including evening and weekend hours
Preferred Education and Experience
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent anesthesia practice in similar clinical settings
Active Michigan RN and CRNA licenses at the time of application
Other Requirements
Ability to float between Novi and Southfield locations, with flexibility for shifts including 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours
Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Independent provider responsible for own arterial line placements
No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, radiology, and select pediatric cases
Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days
Reimbursement options include mileage-only or all-inclusive rates at $167.50/hour
Must have a clean background and active license prior to assignment
