Join Our Team as a Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Jackson, MI

This supervised CRNA position offers a vital role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care across diverse patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Engage in a variety of cases, including general surgical procedures, neurosurgery, and spinal anesthesia, within a collaborative environment dedicated to patient safety and clinical excellence. Required Skills:
Valid CRNA certification and current state licensure
Proven experience administering anesthesia in surgical settings
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, including general, spinal, and local infiltration anesthesia
Ability to monitor and manage ventilation and respiratory status
Excellent patient assessment, assessment, and documentation skills
Proficient in operating within EMR systems, specifically Epic
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with neurosurgical cases or trauma centers
Familiarity with advanced airway management, including intubation
Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center setting
Ability to work independently while collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgical staff
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of accredited CRNA program
Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital environment
Previous experience in diverse surgical disciplines
Other Requirements:
Availability to work four (4) 10-hour shifts per week (day shifts)
No on-call duties required
Willingness to undergo credentialing process (estimated 90-120 days)
Must adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards
Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable
