Join Our Esteemed Medical Team as a Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Ionia, MI
Are you a skilled CRNA seeking a rewarding locum opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care? We are seeking a highly competent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia services at UMH Ionia. Required Skills:
Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
Proven experience in anesthesia administration within a hospital setting
Proficiency in general surgical and endoscopy anesthesia procedures
Ability to independently manage anesthesia care with remote supervision
Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC
Strong assessment and patient management skills across diverse age groups, from pediatric to geriatric
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with pediatric anesthesia
Knowledge of nerve blocks, nerve plexus anesthesia, spinal, and epidural techniques
Prior experience working in a Level 4 trauma facility
Advanced airway management and ventilation skills
BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree or higher in Nursing with specialization in anesthesia
Minimum of 2 years post-licensure CRNA experience in a hospital environment
Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Ability to start on or around March 1, 2026
Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
Travel and mileage reimbursed at IRS standards
Commitment to working day shifts (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) with no call responsibilities
Competitive hourly pay rate of $180.90
