Required Skills:
Valid and current CRNA license and certification
Proven experience in administering anesthesia in outpatient surgical settings
Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, safety regulations, and emergency procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with surgical teams
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage anesthesia care
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience working in a surgery center or outpatient environment
Knowledge of sedation and anesthesia for a variety of procedures
Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or Nurse Anesthesia
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA in surgical settings
Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
Availability to work key dates scheduled between June and September 2026, primarily 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Credentialing with other facilities is not required, but timely licensing and hospital credentialing are essential
Ability to work in Grand Island, NE, with travel and lodging arrangements as specified
Must be able to provide anesthesia services at an outpatient surgery center performing various procedures
