Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Residential Living Center

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Monitor residents' health status, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment.
Proven experience in a residential or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
Knowledge of behavioral health or mental health care.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Kansas.
At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a residential or long-term care environment.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 10-hour evening shifts.
Ability to travel locally if required.
Compliance with all licensure, certification, and background check requirements.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
