Required Skills:
Active, unrestricted state license as an LCSW
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical social work experience within the last 3 years
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited CSWE program
Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for diverse populations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities or experience in multicultural settings
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Experience working with specialized populations or in a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution
At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably within healthcare or community mental health
Other Requirements:
Must possess current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross, Healthcare Provider Course) – online courses not accepted
Must be able to work in the United States with proof of legal work authorization (U.S. citizenship, green card, H1B visa, or similar). U.S. Citizens and lawful permanent residents encouraged to apply.
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, shifts between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm; specific schedules are determined by the facility.
Security clearance may take 6-8 weeks post-approval.
