What You’ll Bring:
Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-risk obstetric cases with precision and care
Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in Epic electronic medical record system
Critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
Ability to handle call responsibilities and work required weekends as needed
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
Experience with teaching hospital protocols
Familiarity with managing 200-300 births per month
Experience in a high-risk obstetrics (High-Risk OB) unit
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum of 2 years recent labor and delivery nursing experience in a busy hospital setting
Certification in ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and FHM
Other Requirements:
Call as needed and ability to float to Mother/Baby units when required
Current licenses and certifications in good standing
Active involvement in ongoing professional development
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65
