What You'll Bring:
Valid LPN/LVN licensure with current certification
Minimum of 2 years experience within a specialty, preferably oncology or infusion therapy
Current BLS certification
Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
Additional certifications in infusion therapy or related specialties
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education & Experience:
State-approved LPN/LVN diploma or associate degree in nursing
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical specialty, with a preference for oncology or infusion settings
Additional Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles; must be comfortable with the schedule and environment
Reliable transportation and flexibility for possible travel reimbursements
Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current
