Required Skills:
Valid California LVN license
Experience providing medical care in a residential or facility setting
Knowledge of ICF/IDD care protocols and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with ADLs and implement care plans effectively
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working with populations in ICF settings or with IDD clients
Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish preferred)
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from California
At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, ICF, or developmental disabilities setting
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and health screening
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary
Travel reimbursements or certifications will be provided where applicable
