We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate care within our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Pennsylvania. What You Need to Succeed:
Valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to rotate between multiple on-campus homes
Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to IDD care
Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
LPN license with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
RN license with relevant experience in residential or facility-based care
Other Requirements:
Willingness to rotate between multiple campus locations within walking distance
Successful completion of required orientation (first shift – 6:30 am to 3:00 pm for five days)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
