Required Skills:
Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
Knowledge of IDD population and related care requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic clinical skills including vital signs, medication administration, and documentation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in an ICF or similar setting
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Pennsylvania license
Prior experience in IDD or residential care settings preferred
At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience
Other Requirements:
Availability for overnight per diem shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Willingness to rotate between multiple on-campus homes (all within walking distance)
Successful completion of required orientation (6:30 am–3:00 pm, 5 days prior to PRN scheduling)
Must comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding licensure, certifications, travel, and reimbursements
