We are seeking compassionate and versatile Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Per Diem overnight shifts within our state-of-the-art Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). In this vital role, you will provide essential nursing care across multiple campus homes, supporting residents’ well-being and promoting a positive, safe environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving quality of life for our residents while offering you flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities.
Required Skills:
Current Pennsylvania LPN license; RN license acceptable if eligible
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
Experience in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or residential care preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to rotate smoothly between multiple on-campus homes
Strong observation and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Bilingual capabilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to residential care
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from an accredited program
At least 1 year of experience in a residential or healthcare setting serving individuals with disabilities
Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Other Requirements:
Willingness to rotate between multiple campus homes within walking distance
Successful completion of initial orientation (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., five days)
Ability to pass background checks and clear required health screenings
Flexibility to adapt to varying shift schedules
