Key Responsibilities include delivering safe and effective nursing care, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols within the oncology specialty. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) experience, preferably within a specialty setting
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in oncology or infusion therapy
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid LPN or LVN license in Georgia
At least 2 years of current experience in a specialty healthcare environment, such as oncology, infusion, or related fields
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles of Alpharetta
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Contract duration: 13 weeks
Travel and licensure-related reimbursements available when applicable
