Required Skills:
Valid PA LPN license or equivalent certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed care plans and procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in an ICF or similar residential care setting
Knowledge of IDD-specific care requirements
Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential from an accredited program
Prior experience in a long-term care or developmental disabilities setting is preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
Ability to work full-time, third shift (overnight), with no weekend shifts
Flexibility to rotate between different homes within the same campus
Completion of 5 days of daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) prior to shift work
Additional certifications or travel reimbursements applicable as per company policies
