Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - IDD - Pennsylvania - ICF

We are seeking dedicated LPNs to join our dynamic team at our Pennsylvania ICF facilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide essential care in a supportive environment, working across multiple homes within the campus and contributing to a team that values compassion, professionalism, and excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Rotate between different homes within the same campus to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Complete five consecutive days of daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) to ensure smooth integration into our team.
  • Work the full-time 3rd shift schedule with no weekend requirements, offering stability and work-life balance.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of caregivers' best practices for IDD populations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to varying resident needs and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse resident populations.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential recognized in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in long-term care, ICF, or IDD settings preferred, but compassionate new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including the 3rd shift schedule.
  • Willingness to travel within the campus to different homes as needed.
  • Must maintain current licensure and certifications.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
