Required Skills:
Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
Proven experience in IDD, mental health, or long-term care settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Basic knowledge of medical documentation and care planning
Flexibility to rotate between different homes within the same campus
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
CPR/First Aid certification
Prior experience with behavioral health or MR/DD populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of an accredited LPN program
At least 1-2 years of experience in a residential care or healthcare setting related to IDD or similar populations
Other Requirements:
Must successfully complete a 5-day daylight orientation from Monday to Friday before orientation shifts
Willingness to work 24-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with the possibility of rotating to different homes within the campus
Must obtain and maintain all required state and federal licenses and certifications
Reliable transportation to work across various campus locations
