We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate care within our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) in Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your skills truly impact lives.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with IDD in a dynamic ICF setting.
Rotate through different homes within the same campus, ensuring comprehensive support.
Work 24-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with opportunities for rotation.
Participate in a 5-day daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) to familiarize yourself with our facility and residents.
Option to utilize your RN license if applicable, providing flexibility and growth.
Required Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania LPN license valid for practicing in an ICF setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate approach to resident care and a commitment to quality service.
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working with individuals with IDD.
CPR certification and basic life support (BLS) training.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a long-term care, ICF, or behavioral health setting is advantageous.
Experience working with diverse populations with special needs.
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to rotate to different homes within the campus.
Willingness to work weekend shifts and participate in orientation.
Certifications in CPR and BLS are preferred but can be obtained upon hire.
Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification support are provided as applicable.
