What You Will Do:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with IDD within a thriving ICF setting.
Work weekend doubles (Saturday and Sunday), with rotations across various homes on the same campus.
Participate in a comprehensive 5-day daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) to ensure you are fully prepared.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania LPN license with active certification.
Previous experience working with individuals with IDD preferred.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work weekend doubles and rotate across multiple homes.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with ICF/MR settings or similar healthcare environments.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Bilingual abilities a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania.
At least 1 year of experience in a residential or IDD care setting.
Demonstrated commitment to compassionate patient care.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work weekends and rotating schedules.
Willingness to undergo a 5-day orientation program.
Travel within campus as needed; other reimbursements provided when applicable.
Background check and relevant certifications must be up-to-date.
