What You’ll Bring:
Valid LPN licensure in Pennsylvania
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team

Commitment to adhering to safety and health protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
Prior experience in residential or healthcare settings
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active Pennsylvania LPN license
Prior experience in ICF or similar settings is a plus
At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a residential care environment
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 24-hour weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with rotation to different homes within the campus
Willingness to complete a 5-day daylight orientation (Monday-Friday) prior to start
Willingness to travel within the campus as needed
Certifications such as CPR and First Aid are preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
