What You'll Bring to the Role:
Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
Strong knowledge of IDD care needs and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate attitude and dedication to client well-being
Additional Skills That Stand Out:
Experience working in ICF or similar residential facilities
Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations and documentation procedures
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active LPN license with at least 1 year of relevant experience in IDD or mental health care
Prior experience in a residential or long-term care setting
Other Requirements:
Must complete a mandatory Monday through Friday, 1st shift orientation (5 consecutive days) prior to starting regular shifts
Compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations and certifications
Willingness to accept travel or additional reimbursements as applicable
