What You’ll Bring:
Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
Proven experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) care preferred
Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols
Nice to Have:
Experience in an ICF setting
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to IDD care
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education & Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Prior experience in ICF or residential care environments
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
Complete a five-day Monday through Friday orientation before starting regular shifts
Willingness to work the first shift and adhere to state, federal, and local guidelines
Certifications in CPR and First Aid
Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
Eligible for reimbursement of licensure, certification, travel, and other authorized expenses
