What You'll Bring to the Role:
Valid and Current LPN License in Pennsylvania
Strong knowledge of IDD care and best practices
Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed care plans and protocols
Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to quality care
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Previous experience in an ICF or similar setting
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
CPR and First Aid certification
Multilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
At least 1 year of experience in IDD or residential healthcare settings
Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork
Other Requirements:
Ability to complete a 5-day orientation (630 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday) before shift work begins
Willingness to work the scheduled shift and adapt to the facility’s needs
Must possess valid licensure, certifications, and required immunizations
Ability to travel within Pennsylvania as needed; travel and licensure reimbursements provided where applicable
