What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individual care plans
Support residents in daily activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices
Required Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania LPN license
Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed care protocols accurately
Critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of ICF regulations and standards
Prior experience in residential or facility-based care
CPR and First Aid certification
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
LPN diploma or degree from an accredited program
Previous experience in IDD or similar settings is highly desirable
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience
Other Requirements:
Available for 3-5 am shifts per week on a PRN basis
Must complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation (Monday-Friday)
Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Willingness to adhere to all health and safety protocols
Certifications in licensure, certification, and any applicable travel or reimbursements
