Overview
As an LPN in our ICF facility, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to residents with IDD. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive compassionate support, medical management, and encouragement to lead fulfilling lives. Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical documentation systems
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
Nice to Have Skills
Knowledge of ICF regulations and standards
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Experience with medication administration and health assessments
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an ICF or similar setting preferred
Valid driver’s license if travel within the facility’s service area is required
Other Requirements
Availability for 3-5 am shifts per week, including PRN opportunities
Must complete 5 consecutive days of daylight orientation (Monday through Friday)
Willingness to work with a diverse population of residents with complex needs
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
