Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to positively impact the lives of individuals in a rewarding environment? We are seeking committed LPNs to provide high-quality care within Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Pennsylvania. Required Skills:
Valid Pennsylvania LPN license; RN license may also be considered
Basic life support (BLS) certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Flexibility to work overnight shifts and rotate between multiple campus homes
Knowledge of IDD care protocols and positive behavioral support strategies
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in IDD or ICF settings
CPR certification
Bilingual abilities
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Pennsylvania
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or residential care environment
Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to IDD care
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work scheduled overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends
Ability to rotate between multiple on-campus homes, all within walking distance
Attendance at a 5-day orientation session (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) prior to PRN scheduling
Reliable transportation for possible travel reimbursements when applicable
