Job Description
Licensed Group Therapist - LICSW

Required Skills:
Valid LICSW license in Massachusetts
Proven experience in group therapy and individual counseling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with trauma-informed care
Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting
Prior experience working with diverse populations
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
Willingness to travel if required
Certification verification upon application
Commitment to maintaining licensure and staying current with professional development
This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $58.00, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
