What You’ll Do
Oversee pediatric practice operations, collaborating closely with hospital administration and regional management
Mentor and support other physicians within the organization
Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and safety
Manage pediatric patients in the hospital setting, including newborn nursery and high-risk deliveries
Consult with families and referring physicians
Participate in on-call coverage and emergency consultations
Attend and oversee high-risk deliveries ensuring optimal outcomes
What You Need
Board Certification in Pediatrics (required)
Board Certification in Pediatric Hospital Medicine (preferred)
NC medical license or willingness to obtain
Prior leadership and mentorship experience (preferred)
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional growth
