What You’ll Do
Perform advanced interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, embolization, and catheter placements
Assist with neurological, vascular, genitourinary, and pelvic studies and procedures
Maintain equipment, supplies, and ensure sterile technique
Collaborate with the team for procedure setup, room prep, and patient care
Utilize fluoroscopy, PACS, and other imaging systems effectively
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
Valid ARRT certification and BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology in a hospital setting
Neuro experience is mandatory for all techs
Proficiency in complex procedures such as carotid angiography, thrombectomy, and venous access
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Additional ARRT certifications (CI, VI)
Experience with GE Innova IGS, Siemens systems, and ultrasound
Knowledge of advanced vascular procedures and equipment maintenance
About the Assignment
Join a leading healthcare facility in Charlotte, NC, providing top-tier interventional radiology services in a busy unit with an average of 20 visits per day. The role offers 8-hour daytime shifts, no float or weekend requirements, and the opportunity to work on a variety of complex procedures including stroke interventions, neuro, and vascular studies.
