Required Skills
Minimum of 1 year of interventional radiology experience, specifically in neuro and body procedures
Proven inpatient hospital experience with PACS, contrast administration, and comprehensive IR procedures (stents, angioplasty, biopsies, drainages, kyphoplasty, vascular and neurological studies)
Proficiency with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment; Acuson experience preferred
Valid BLS and ARRT certifications
Traveler status required; first-time travelers not accepted
Ability to work 10-hour shifts, staggered start times between 07:00 and 08:30
Strong teamwork and adaptability to rotation between primary and backup call duties
Nice to Have Skills
ARRT Advanced Certification
Experience with EPIC and McKesson systems
Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, or teaching hospital background
Experience with ablations and peripheral vascular procedures
Preferred Education and Experience
Certified radiologic technologist with ARRT credentials
1+ years of IR experience in a similar hospital setting
Demonstrated ability to handle a high case load of 13-17 cases daily, including complex neuro and body interventions
Other Requirements
Availability for hospital orientation during the first week
Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule, including weekends, evenings, and nights
Must possess or obtain required licensure and certifications prior to start
No float requirements; commitment to scheduled shifts is essential
Escorting or accompanying equipment through hospital protocols
