Required Skills:
Valid LA State License
ARRT Certification
ACLS and BLS Certifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in radiology or cardiology settings
Proficiency in interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing procedural needs and schedules
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with emergency or disaster response initiatives
Additional certifications in advanced radiology techniques or cardiology
Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Cardiology, or related healthcare fields
Demonstrated history of working in high-volume or emergency response settings
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in emergency and hurricane response teams, including potential deployment during storm events
Availability for shift hours from 0800 to 1630, with flexibility for extended hours, early procedures, or after-hours call
On-call duties divided equally among team members, including weekends and holidays; must respond within 30 minutes of notification
Compensation: $63.65 per hour
