What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations
Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive health practices
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
Support community health initiatives and patient education efforts
What You Need
Required:
Medical license in California
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong communication and patient management skills
Preferred:
Experience working in a busy outpatient setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
