Required Skills:
Board-certified or eligible in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine
Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
Strong clinical knowledge of rheumatologic conditions and treatments
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Compassionate approach to patient care and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Superior communication skills for clear documentation and patient interactions
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Participation in clinical research or academic activities
Additional certifications in musculoskeletal ultrasound or related fields
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Residency or fellowship training in Rheumatology
At least 2 years of clinical experience in rheumatology practice
Proven track record of managing complex cases with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
Flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs within specified weeks
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current
