What You’ll Bring:
Strong clinical skills in ICU or Med/Surg settings with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to manage high-acuity patients with confidence and compassion.
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
Flexibility to float to Skilled Nursing, OB (postpartum), and Emergency Department as needed.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications (can be obtained via SWMC within 6 months of hire).
Nice to Have:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Experience with diverse patient populations.
Ability to adapt to various clinical settings.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience with unit-specific protocols and procedures.
Preferred Education & Experience:
RN license in good standing.
Two or more years of ICU or Med/Surg experience.
Additional certifications as listed above.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm on a rotating schedule including every other weekend and holiday.
Must keep jewelry minimal; visible face/body piercings outside traditional earrings and small nose studs are not permitted while on duty.
Eligibility for relocation bonus up to $2,500 upon providing proof/receipts.
Certified in or willing to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire.
