Required Skills:
Valid and current RN license applicable to the state
Proven experience in ICU settings, particularly in Level I & II trauma care
Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records systems
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Willingness to float within ICU units as needed
Certification in ACLS and BLS (must be current)
Knowledge of NIHSS scoring
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in CPI, PALS, and TNCC
Prior experience in trauma or emergency care units
Bilingual abilities beneficial but not required
Experience precepting or mentoring less experienced staff
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with trauma care experience advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must be available for night shifts, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
Travel reimbursement, certification, and licensure reimbursement when applicable
