What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a high-acuity setting.
Proficiency with Epic electronic health records.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to float assignments across MICU, Neuro, TICU, and Burn units.
Certifications: Current ACLS & BLS required; CCRN preferred.
Patient ratio of 1:2, with weekend and holiday shifts required.
Shift: 3 days/week, 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30).
Scrubs: Navy blue.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience with travel nursing.
Additional certifications or specialized training in critical care.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Active RN licensure in good standing.
At least 2 years of ICU experience ideal for optimal performance.
Other Requirements:
No first-time travelers accepted.
Ability to commit to weekend shifts and holiday schedules.
Willingness to float to other ICU units as needed.
Valid state and federal licensure, compliance with all applicable regulations.
Earn $56.95 per hour on a weekly, direct deposit pay schedule, along with comprehensive W-2 benefits, including medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
