ICU Registered Nurse

Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
Epic EMR experience preferred.
Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Adaptability to different ICU settings (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn).
Nice to Have Skills:
CCRN certification.
Experience with patient ratios of 1:2.
Flexibility to float to other ICUs.
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00 - 07:30).
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure.
At least two years of recent ICU experience, preferably in a similar specialty.
Other Requirements:
Strict maximum of 5 days of scheduled time off (RTO).
Scrubs required: Navy blue.
Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week.
No call requirement.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Compliance with all relevant certifications and regulatory standards.
