Required Skills
Valid RN license in good standing
Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certification
Epic electronic health record experience
Proven experience in cardiac ICU or critical care settings
Ability to handle high-acuity patients and complex procedures
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with advanced cardiac equipment such as PA catheters, IABP, Impella, transvenous pacemakers, CRRT, EKOS, and CADD pumps
Prior travel nursing experience
Flexibility to float to other ICUs and SDUs
Knowledge of perioperative and post-procedural care, including TAVR, pulmonary hypertension, and pulmonary embolism management
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of critical care ICU experience, preferably in cardiology or transplant units
Additional Requirements
Willingness to participate in emergency response teams if needed, including potential overnight stays during emergency events
Availability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) with occasional pickups for a fourth shift
Ability to float across related intensive care units and step-down units
Commitment to maintaining certifications and adherence to hospital protocols
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60
