What You’ll Do:
Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients across multiple units
Float between Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, NCCU as needed
Administer and monitor ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts
Ensure patient safety and deliver quality care in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
What You Need:
Valid Ohio RN license or appropriate state license
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
Key skills: ventilator management, telemetry, IV placement, adaptability in floating units
