What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality care to ICU patients, including ventilator management and telemetry monitoring
Initiate and maintain IVs with proficiency
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient progress accurately within the EPIC system
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols
Maintain proficiency with critical care equipment and procedures
What You Need
Required:
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
EPIC documentation experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and AHA certifications
Skilled in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
Preferred:
Previous travel nursing experience
Proficiency with EPIC system
