Registered Nurse – ICU / Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, OH

Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience; previous travel nursing preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do:
Float across various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, NCCU based on staffing needs and patient acuity
Provide critical care nursing to adult patients with diverse medical conditions
Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced equipment
Document patient care accurately using electronic health records (EPIC)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Adapt to different ICU environments while maintaining compliance with safety standards
What You Need:
Ohio RN license (or eligibility)
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
At least 2 years of ICU experience, including ventilator management and telemetry
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity level
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
