What We Seek:
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with proven proficiency in critical care settings
• Extensive experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Strong knowledge of ICU procedures, including IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, and AHA certifications are mandatory
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Advanced proficiency in EPIC documentation
• Comfort with high-acuity patient management and rapid response situations
Preferred Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
• At least 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting or equivalent
Other Requirements:
• Night shift availability (19:00 – 07:30), 3 shifts per week
• No on-call duties required
• Must hold valid state licensure and certifications
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Up-to-date clinical skills in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV access
• Willingness to comply with all hospital policies and safety protocols
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18
