Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care to patients in a hospice setting
Collaborate with residents and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
Participate in precepting and mentorship with residents, supporting their learning and patient care skills
Document patient interactions thoroughly and accurately
Educate patients and families on care options and symptom management
Adhere to all relevant policies, regulations, and standards of care
What You Need
Active medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred
Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
