Hematology/Oncology Physician – Outpatient Clinic in Potsdam, NY
Are you an experienced hematology/oncology physician seeking a rewarding position in a collaborative outpatient setting? License/Certs: NY medical license in hand, Board-eligible or board-certified in Hematology/Oncology
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in specialty, adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment
Pay Rate: $511.29/hour
Benefits: Competitive pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus, paid sick time, licensure/certification/travel reimbursements as applicable
What You’ll Do:
Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
Manage 18-20 patient visits daily, with occasional inpatient consults
Utilize Epic/EHR system, with AI support for charting
Collaborate with a small team including a Nurse Practitioner and support staff
Adhere to clinic policies, including on-call and dress code requirements
Document thoroughly and maintain compliance with all regulations
What You Need:
NY medical license
5+ years relevant experience
Current board eligibility or certification in Hematology and Oncology
Strong communication and adaptability skills
Experience with Epic EMR system and AI charting software preferred
