Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Shift Details: 8?am–5?pm no call
Schedule: 3 days/week minimum preferred
Work Details:
• Support staff: APP support and 3 docs at Hazard
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 3 days/week
• Patients per day: ~15/day low volume solo provider
• Department description: 60/40 Hem/Onc
• EMR: Meditech
Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice: outpatient
Requirements:
Board Certification: Board Certified
credentialing approx. 60 days
Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 05:00
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
