We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive outpatient environment. As a key member of our department, you will play an essential role in advancing patient outcomes while enjoying a collaborative and innovative work setting.
Required Skills:
Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
Proven clinical expertise in hematology and oncology care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Meditech
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in outpatient clinic settings
Prior work supporting solo provider practices
Familiarity with low-volume patient management
Additional certifications or training in related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of post-residency experience in hematology/oncology
Certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine or relevant specialty boards
Experience with outpatient clinic operations and EMR documentation
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 21-hour work schedule aligned to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to support the team’s schedule and patient needs
Licensure, certification, and all necessary credentials up-to-date
Willingness to support travel and reimbursements when applicable
