Shift: 24-hour call shifts, with clinic hours during call weeks (8:30am–4:30pm)

What You’ll Do
Provide specialized Hematology/Oncology care to adult patients (18+) at a leading facility in Big Stone Gap, VA
Cover 24-hour call shifts on a scheduled basis, supporting inpatient and outpatient consults
Manage patient cases including complex hematology and oncology conditions
Support multidisciplinary team efforts, including inpatient consultations and clinic responsibilities during call weeks
Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
Support infusions and coordinate with nursing and ancillary staff during shifts
Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care aligning with facility standards
What You Need
BC in Hematology and Oncology
Virginia medical license (must be in hand prior to start)
BLS certification
DEA license
Minimum one year of clinical Hematology/Oncology experience
Clean background; no unsettled malpractice history
