What You'll Bring to the Table:
Board Certification in Gastroenterology
Valid Medical License and DEA Registration
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in gastroenterology
Proficiency in performing colonoscopies and EGD procedures
Strong communication and patient management skills
Additional Beneficial Skills:
Experience working with Epic EMR system
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active board certification in gastroenterology
Prior experience in hospital and outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 2-week shifts following a 2 weeks on/off schedule
Coverage for approximately 10-11 patients daily, age range 18-99
Commitment to maintaining credentialing standards with a 90-day credentialing period
Flexibility to work day shifts (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, four 10-hour days)
